RITEX-1800 silica fiber

RITEX-1800 products are made of amorphous silica continuous fiber, is a temperature resistant non-asbestos material containing SiO2 in >94%~98%. RITEX-1800 is in wide use in steel, copper smelting, petrochemical, power generation, glass, paper, casting, shipbuilding and machinery industry.

Features of the RITEX-1800 silica fiber:
1. Resistant to high temperatures between 1000°C (1800°F). With special treatment, the maximum temperature may go up to 1050°C or more while maintaining the same strength and flexibly. 

2. Non-flammatory and with the melting point at more than 1650°C (3000°F), it is resistant to melted iron. 

3. Of smooth and tight surface texture, it is not irritative and does not leave your skin itchy, free of asbestos or other hazardous material; this product is totally environmental. 

4. With low thermal conductivity (0.166Kcal/M2.hr. at 800°C), the item provides optimal thermal insulation. 

5. Optimal chemical resistance to most of corrosive chemicals.
